The Minnesota Water Garden Society has a wealth of great information tailored for waterscapes that must survive the cold Minnesota winters. We have thoroughly enjoyed going to their meetings and events. We have met many knowledgeable, passionate members who are always willing to help people out. Aqua Eden encourages anyone who loves water gardens to join. Even if you don’t live in Minnesota – the MWGS has a fabulous E-newsletter that anyone will enjoy, even if you live across the country.
An great organization that keeps pond contractors true to their customers. This is also one of the only NEUTRAL water industry organizations that we have found. The IPPCA has a very active online forum to talk about water features.
This club is all about the art of koi collecting and koi showing. For being a relatively new organization, this club is pretty active. They even have started actual Koi shows in Minnesota. If you want to see some HUGE BEAUTIFUL koi, be sure to make to the next show! This club also has a great website and a very informative newsletter. We are always learning new pond construction techniques to ensure that our scaled friends are happy!
The Bluebird Recovery Program is all about bluebirds! If you are like us, we love to attract birds to our water features. The bluebird recovery program can help you to attract bluebirds to your property with many well designed bluebird houses. All too often many well meaning people put up bluebird houses which only become " raccoon feeders!" Don't let this happen to you! We have been a part of this organization for over 12 years and have greatly appreciated the knowledge we have learned (and I am sure the bluebirds are glad we joined too!).
