The unique thing about our company, Aqua Eden; is that we are tried and true pond guys in the trenches building ponds everyday! Our customer service and technical support department, sets us aside from other companies because no one knows the product line, inside and out like we do.

To return any product, please contact us via email or call our office at 507-333-5959, to inform us of your return, so that we may better serve you. Be sure to include any packaging slips, wrap the package(s) securely and include your name, address, phone number, copy of receipt and email with your return package. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of the product. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Damaged Goods

We provide top-notch care in packaging and shipping product to our valued customers.  When your pond kit and/or other pond supplies leave our headquarters they will be in excellent condition, however sometimes when shipping products via UPS or Federal Express, some packages may be damaged during transit.

In the event you should receive any packages that appear to have minor damage, do not refuse delivery. If damage appears to be minor to your packages, we recommend accepting the shipment, after making note of the damages on your carriers delivery receipt. Nine times out of ten the durable product line can handle rough handled packages.

For major damaged boxes or product, you may refuse delivery and upon receipt of the damaged product we will promptly re-ship your order. We will make the claim to the carrier for the damaged product. In the rare event that you should receive any damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible. Any and all information on how you received your package(s) is helpful in processing our claim to the carriers.
